Attorney Chadwick McGrady served as a moderator for one of the National Business Institute’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses in Grand Junction, CO.
The National Business Institute offers a variety of CLE courses that provide opportunities for attorneys, judges, and other professionals interested in expanding their legal knowledge. NBI seminars are held throughout the United States, and are also available via remote methods like video webcasts and teleconferences. Participants can earn credits by participating in CLE courses. CLE credits are a requirement for maintaining a legal license in most jurisdictions in the United States.
Attorney McGrady moderated a course that involved five district court judges who preside in the 7th, 9th, and 21st Colorado judicial districts. During the class, Attorney McGrady and the participants discussed the “dos and don’ts” of civil litigation, with a focus on efficacy and efficiency in the courtroom. The program also centered on universal legal principles and the rules of each judicial district.
In addition to his work as a CLE moderator, Attorney McGrady participates in other professional organizations such as the American Association for Justice, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Legal Society.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this CLE program! Attorney McGrady enjoyed moderating this course and was honored to be part of such an important event.
